Alan Neigher, ABAC legal counsel, is retained to provide information and advice to the ABAC board on legal issues concerning the industry. Mr. Neigher has attended meetings with the State of Connecticut Insurance Department and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
ABAC board members are available to assist members with questions and concerns on industry-related topics.

The ABAC News is the ABAC's bi-monthly magazine providing information on industry trends and developments, technical and product changes.  The Motorists' Rights Brochures provide infrmation to assist your cutomers in handling an automobile claim with their insurance company.  The Insurance Complaint Forms are available to assist you and/or your cutomers in filing complaints with the CT Insurance Department.  Our Mailings are sent our periodically to ABAC members containing vital information not contained in the ABAC News.  Occassionally, if the board feels it would benefit the members, these mailings are sent to all collision repair shops in the state.

The ABAC's strength comes from state and chapter meetings held monthly thoughout the state,  providing a forum for members to exchange ideas and discuss matters of mutal interest.  Topics often include the latest technical and managerial developments available to improve business and increase profits.
